That is why our Business Improvement Day takes you out of the office and into training and workshop based intensive improvement day. One of our expert facilitators will work with you to provide training and exercises to highlight how to improve and grow your business by focusing on the customer and making you more efficient increasing your profitability.
You will get training and a full workshop event to overhaul your business model and reduce the waste from your business process, so that you achieve a lean business. This results in you getting the support you need and you walking away with a top level improvement plan to implement, to Increase your efficiency and Increase the capacity of your business to deliver more.

The Business Improvement day is a very intense learning and improvement session and thus places are limited to 8 attendees per event to make sure that the business attending get most value from the day.

This training is provided in house for companies at a cost of £1,750 + VAT per day with a maximum of 8 attendees.
