How we work?
First and foremost we work for you the client. It is your business and your goals that needs to be focused upon and thus all our clients are given a Business Improvement Review to identify opportunities of improvement within your business.

Business Improvement Review
We provide you with a report that highlights what you need to do to improve and grow, and how you should go about the implementation of the improvement. You may need to tighten up your sales process, implement a marketing plan or reduce your cost to make you more profitable. The review covers it all. Focus day
From the review you decide what things you would like us to support you on. It could be a small element of your review, the complete thing or just some guidance on what to do next. Either way the first step will be a focus day to work with you to analyse what you are currently doing, define what your goals are for the business and deliver a plan to achieve your business goals. This could be growing the business through sales or increasing your profit per customer. You set the goal and we develop a plan with you to achieve it.
Most clients get great value from our focus days as they really help focus the business, and typically highlight large areas for improvement in their business or marketing plans.

Ongoing support
Support after the focus day normally ends up in two areas. Business Coaching or Project Work depending on how you wish to be supported with the implementation of your improvement plan.

Business Coaching
This is our most popular service on offer, mainly due to the ongoing support you receive to guide your business, plus having full time access to our team whenever you need it. We work with you on a month by month basis to deliver the improvement plan you have agreed to. This could be by helping you implement a new marketing plan or to become more productive with your operations, with our support and coaching, you learn how to manage your business effectively. We put measures in place to control the business and work with you using our tools, skills and knowledge to improve your business on a monthly basis. We focus on the biggest problems in your business, fix them and then move on to the next biggest problem. This means that you get continual large improvements until the business has reached its goal. This reduces the time to achieve your goal and provides you full support on the journey.

Business Coaching ranges in cost from £695 - £1,995 a month

Project Work
This is normally in the form of a quick turn around solutions package. We take all the information from the business review and provide you with either a detailed plan on how to implement a solution or we will solve the problem for you. Good examples of this are a new sales process, website or marketing plan. Project work means you get the solution supplied when and where you need it and it will not affect your day to day activities.
